When I try to download the QB software on my new PC it was not possible. Product number is mark as "wrong", but is NOT. So, I will not be able to use my old QB desktop version on my new PC?

There are multiple factors we need to consider in re-installing your QBDT application to another device.
If you have a single-user license, you’ll need to use the Migrator Tool to move this and up to three company files to another computer. On the other hand, you can consider doing this manually if you prefer not to use the tool. Beforehand, make sure to create a backup of your company file to restore your data in case you run into problems.
To manually move or reinstall the application, please follow the steps below:

Once you have done the steps above and still experience the same issue, you can follow the fixes I’ll outline below:
