Hopefully this will save someone a lot of time as it took four hours of my day trying to figure out why not working and on the phone with customer support. When converting Desktop to Online, if you are having troubles getting it to work and see 4 rotating blue dots, it's not working. Try logging in with a private incognito window, it might save some time.
