QuickBooks for Mac 2021

Hello-

I was using the trial version of QuickBooks for Mac 2021, and since have purchased the software. Now that 
I am using the purchased/licensed product, can I delete the trial version app without compromising my data?

Yes. As for insurance, you may secure a backup file prior to cancel your trial license.
