Hello there, @Lilly. I'm here to help you restore the settings of your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for Mac.

To do so, you can set up the default settings of your QBDT Mac program. I'll guide you on how:

  1. Select the QuickBooks menu and click Preferences.
  2. Then, choose the preference you want to change.
  3. To change other preferences, click the Show All option to show all preferences.
  4. Once finished, close your Preferences.

For more details about the process, check out this article: General preferences for QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

I'll include this helpful resource that you can use as a guide in performing your QuickBooks tasks: QuickBooks Mac Plus 2022 User’s Guide.

I'm always here ready to lend a hand if you have any other concerns managing your QuickBooks account. Have a good one and stay safe.
