QuickBooks Online App 3.2.3 Fails to fully Open

I have a wel equipped Dell XPS 17 Laptop running Windows 11 Pro.  My preferred access is to use the QuickBooks Online App which has worked great for me for over a year.  After not using it for a few weeks I tried starting and it went through all the green start up sequence but then never fully loads. This was with version 3.2.2.  I called into QuickBooks support and they used GLANCE but were unable to figure it out.  They told me that 3.2.3 was about to released and they asked me to hold off and try again.   I unloaded 3.2.2 and tried installed 3.2.3.  It sticks exactly where 3.2.2 did.    Looks like it going to start, goes through the green screens, and the nothing happen.  Very frustrating.
