Hola Necesito ayuda urgente

 

QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) no termina de instalarce, hace todo el proceso, pero termina disiendo que no pudo completarse la instalacion.

QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS)

Thanks for joining the Community, dcanelas.
 

Since your QuickBooks Point of Sale isn't finishing its installation process successfully, you'll want to preform a clean reinstallation.
 

Before performing a reinstall, make sure:

  • Your License and Product Numbers are available.
  • You can sign in as Windows Administrator.
  • You’ve created a backup data file.
  • The computers you're working with can be restarted.
  • You have a copy of your Point of Sale download file or installation CD.


Here's how you can get started:
1. Simultaneously press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard. This will open a Run window.
2. Enter and search for "Control Panel".
3. Go to Programs and Features. If you're in Category View, choose Uninstall a Program.
4. From your list of programs, select QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale, then Uninstall/Change.
5. Proceed with the presented prompts to finish uninstallation.
 

If you're uninstalling from a server computer, copy your data folder and paste it to the desktop. Intuit also recommends adding 'OLD' at the end of this folder's name to prevent POS from recognizing it. This enables your application to create a new one.
