Quickbooks Premier 2020 Desktop Instal Issue

I am installing Quickbooks Desktop 2020 on a new computer.  When I get to the sign in page it just keeps spinning.  I have downloaded the Quickbooks Tool Hub and run the instal fix, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but still have the same issue.

Since you're still experiencing the same issue, we suggest downloading and installing QBDT again. Follow the detailed steps below on how.

 

Step 1 is to prepare for the installation. Take note of these qualifications: 

 

 

The next step is to install QBDT. Note that this will require an active internet connection to install the software.

 

  1. Have the file QuickBooks.exe.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions. Accept the software license agreement and then select Next.
  3. Input your product and license numbers. 
  4. If done, choose Next.

 

To finish the process, follow the next steps in this article: Install QuickBooks Desktop

 

If the issue is still the same, we would suggest reinstalling QDBT. I recommend seeking assistance from your IT team in reinstalling.

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! I appreciate you using the Tool Hub and uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I have another possible solution for you to try, and let me know if you can ger the program to install. 

 

Manually disable the firewall and/or antivirus software

  1. Disable your firewall.
  2. Turn off your antivirus software.
  3. Search for the icon for the third-party antivirus in the system tray at the bottom right of the Desktop screen.
  4. Right-click on the icon, then choose Disable.
  5. Install QuickBooks Desktop 

 

Create a new Windows Admin user

  1. Create a Windows user with Administrator rights.
  2. Install QuickBooks Desktop

Thanks for your response.  I tried all of these options but still have the same issue.  I was unable to go to ratable.qbdt.intuit.com as it doesn't appear to exist anymore.  Not sure where to go at this point as no matter what I do I still have the same issue that after the install the log in page just has the spinning circle.

Thank you for your reply.  I have tried all of the options noted that I was able too, unfortunately the ratable.qbdt.intuit

does not seem to exist anymore.  No matter what I do I seem to have the same issue where everything installs but the sign in page just has a spinning circle.  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
