Hi there, David.
QuickBooks Self-Employed allows users to export their transactions to Excel and convert them to PDF for printing. However, filtering the data to certain categories is unavailable, as all of them will be moved at once.
Here's how to export your transactions:
- Go to Transactions.
- Filter the correct Type, Account, Date, Tags and Vehicles.
- Once done, click the Export icon.
After that, open the CSV file and save it as a PDF. You can then print the data.
I can see how the functionality to filter certain categories would be beneficial to your business. With this, I recommend submitting feedback to help improve your experience using the program. This way, our product engineers can consider the option for future system upgrades.
Here's how:
- Go to the Assistant menu.
- Type in the "Submit or Give feedback" keyword in the Type something field.
- Choose the Add a feature option.
- Type the feature you want to add in the Type something field again.
- Click Yes.
Let me know if you have other concerns or inquiries about managing your transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. I always have your back. Keep safe!
