Receiving error code -81624 "Problem with payment" despite the fact that no information has changed and the payment was made last month with the same card on file.

There are a few things that could be causing this error. One of them is that if the company address is not complete on the QuickBooks Online Company tab in the settings. We can check out this by following these steps below:
Go to the Gear icon.
Choose Account and Settings.
Click the Address section on the Company tab to edit it.
Check the Company address details and update them if necessary.
If your Company details are correct, then we can also check your card's provider side. I recommend giving them a call back to see if there's an error on their end. This way, we can verify if the issue is connected.
