says wrong link when i try to open invite

When i receive the invite link for one of my companies and click on it i get a Wrong Link message.  The invites worked on my other companies it is just one specific situation.  Anyone know how to get around this? i have cleared my browser cleared my cookies and copied URL directly in search engine but get same response each time.
