Hello there, @griffino.

I know how important your time is and how significant it is for you to access your QuickBooks Online company so you can manage your transactions from there.

When logging in to your company file, let's ensure to enter the correct credentials. If you're sure of the details you've entered, and still unable to access it, would you relay if any prompt messages could have caused the issue?

If none, I suggest contacting our Technical Support Team to help investigate the issue with their advanced tools on why you're unable to access your account when you already had paid it.

That said, you can log in to our QBSE test drive and follow the steps outlined in this article to contact our Customer Care Team:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Test-Drives and Trial Links website.
  2. Scroll down to the Test-drive section.
  3. Select the QuickBooks Self-Employed Test Drive hyperlink.
  4. Follow the instructions in this article to get in touch with our: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
