I also tried a direct link that I've used in the past to redownload QB and was met with an error.

I finally found the issue, there was a setting within my Firefox that was preventing the downloads from loading. There was a tracking URL fix addon that I had to disable, and the setting network.websocket.allowInsecureFromHTTPS that needed to be changed.
Looks like it's loading for me now. Thanks!

That was the exact method I was using to try and download Quickbooks. I went ahead and retried and it still does not work. I have cleared my cache and cookies completely in my browser to no avail as well.
