Trying to connect to an expensify account under a different email than my quickbooks account, but don't see an option to change which expensify account gets connected.

Trying to connect to an expensify account under a different email than my quickbooks account, but don't see an option to change which expensify account gets connected.

Hello info57,

 

For now, you'll want to disconnect the Expensify account that's currently linked with your QuickBooks Online account.

  1. Select Apps on the left menu and go to the My Apps tab.
  2. Next to Expensify, click the Action button's drop-down arrow.
  3. Choose Disconnect and answer the mini-interview.
  4. Click the Confirm Disconnect button.

After that, try connecting the other Expensify account by clicking the Add an app button.

  1. In the My Apps tab, click the Add an app button and search for Expensify.
  2. Click the Get app now button and enter your Expensify credentials.
