For now, you'll want to disconnect the Expensify account that's currently linked with your QuickBooks Online account.
- Select Apps on the left menu and go to the My Apps tab.
- Next to Expensify, click the Action button's drop-down arrow.
- Choose Disconnect and answer the mini-interview.
- Click the Confirm Disconnect button.
After that, try connecting the other Expensify account by clicking the Add an app button.
- In the My Apps tab, click the Add an app button and search for Expensify.
- Click the Get app now button and enter your Expensify credentials.
