Upgrading from Super old version to 2018

Good day All

I an looking for some info on how to upgrade Quickbooks files from Quickbooks Pro (no year given) to QuickBooks Enterprice accountant 2018.
The system ins currently running on a WIn XP Virtual machine just to keep QB alive.
Howmany hops would I need to get it running on 2018 and what version are required for the hops?

I have attached a screenshot of the about page without the serial, Registration number and Group number if it helps.

Ask your client to open their data file and hit ctrl+1. They will see the year version of QB Desktop.
