We are getting an error message for over 3-5 days. When trying to search, this is the error but it never comes back with anything. Error "There’s usually something here.

We are getting an error message for over 3-5 days. When trying to search, this is the error but it never comes back with anything. Error "There’s usually something here.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this concern and make sure this is not browser-related:   

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser.
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift +
  2. If you’re able to login and search for a specific invoice successfully, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers. The stored data in your browser’s history can cause some odd errors and may affect QuickBooks’ performance.
  3. Lastly, you can run the Browser Health Checkup Tool to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online.

Thanks, we did everything suggest. Yes it was a browser issue, we had to download Google Chrome again and then it worked. Thanks.
