Whenever I go to the Time on QBO I can not enter any times. I get a pop up screen that goes from left to right and it disappears. I have tried multiple browsers and clearing the history and private windows and nothing works.

Whenever I go to the Time on QBO I can not enter any times. I get a pop up screen that goes from left to right and it disappears. I have tried multiple browsers and clearing the history and private windows and nothing works.  I have spent hours with QBO chat and no one has any clue.  They keep sending me to QBTime support and I don’t have QBTime.  Help

I appreciate you bringing this concern to us and trying to perform some possible troubleshooting steps to fix this odd behavior.

 

Our engineers are aware that users cannot access and enter time in QuickBooks. While we're working on this, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add your company details as an affected user. Here's how:

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue

How long do we expect it to take?  This was a big part of the reason I though i would switch to QBO and why I chose the level of package I chose...
