1. When creating an invoice where is the "get signature. 2. Where is "Add an attachment " in the invoice.

The "get signature " used to be under More. Now it's gone. The Add an attachment " in the invoice. Used to be in the invoice as a optional button. Now I can't find it.

As a workaround, you can check some applications compatible with QuickBooks Online through our App menu that can add a signature to your invoice. On the other hand, if you cannot find the "Add an Attachment" option on your end, I suggest performing troubleshooting steps.

 

First, let's access your account using a private window to determine if this is a browser-related matter, as this prevents you from using cookies and recording any browsing history. Stored web caches in your regular browser can become corrupted, leading to unusual behavior.

 

Use these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If it works, return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the website's preferences. You can also utilize a supported browser to enhance your QuickBooks experience.

 

However, if you're using a mobile device and cannot find the options for adding attachments and getting a signature, you can check the supported devices that can access these features. We can also check if this is a data connection problem by performing some mobile app troubleshooting steps. Follow the steps below to get started:

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Click the Menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and select Refresh.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Click the Menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and Yes to confirm.

 

Once done, let's check if transactions are downloading in the QuickBooks app. If the same thing happens, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
