I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team so that they can add you to the list of the affected users. This way, you'll get notified once there's a fix or an update about this issue.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Help.
- Choose the Search tab and then click on Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern, then hit Let's Talk.
- Select Callback from the option.
- Enter your contact information and click Get a call.
