404 Page not Found! when trying to import invoices on quickbooks online

For now, I recommend reaching out to customer support. They have the special tools to help conduct a deeper investigation of what's causing this behavior. Here's how: 

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Hit the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
3. Enter "404 Page not Found! when trying to import invoices on QuickBooks Online" in the description, then click Let's talk.
4. Choose Get a callback.

Apparently this was a permissions issue and once I was given admin access to the account I was able to access the import feature.

A better message for permissions would be super helpful.
