Account activation

 

Hi. Almost 10 days ago, I paid my subscription money for the first time. For some reason, my account was locked. They told me there was some verification problem with payment. However, payment was authorized. I have been in contact with QBO care and for the last 9 days they are telling me to wait for email from activation account of QBO. I have not received any email yet and time is being wasted. Kindly someone help me out. Its annoying. I cant access my account.

Account activation

I have the same problem.. Please someone help me. It has been 2 days. Not sure when does QB start to calculate the subscription date.

QuickBooks Online automatically takes out the renewal fee overnight. Once the payment is taken out successfully, your account will become active, and you can start working in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can follow these steps on how to check the status of your account:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Proceed to the Billing & subscription tab.
  3. Under Payment method, make sure that your billing and subscription is correct. You can also update your credit card information in case it's no longer active.
  4. Select Save Changes.

 

If you have made changes to your account and it has been two days without it being fully activated, it is recommended to contact QuickBooks support for assistance

 

Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Support Team, then let them know that you want to follow-up the status of your subscription.
  4. Press Enter once again.
  5. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
  6. Look for the Chat option and click on it.
