My Intuit account was deactivated, I had paid upfront, I have been a client for 20+ years. I have been on the phone on two occasions for over an hour and did an online chat for 2 1/2 hours. I have been told that this will be taken care of however it hasn't. At the end of the chat I asked if this would take another week and they said it wasn't done completely the first time. How long does it take to correct something I didn't cause? I have sent in copies of my articles of incorporation and drivers license. I have done everything requested.
