accounting for consignment sales on quickbooks desktop

I'm here to ensure you'll be able to record consignment sales on QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @ossien2.

You can refer to the steps outlined in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) article, on accounting for consignment sales in QBDT. The buttons and options you need to click and enable are pretty much the same in both programs. The only difference is the navigation process. 

However, before proceeding in performing the steps, I'd recommend reaching out to your accountant for guidance. This is to ensure that your consignment sales will be assigned to the correct account when you set up consignment accounts.
