Thanks for taking the time to write your concern here, TheOrganicRobin.
I can see how convenient it is to efficiently track mileage of your business. As the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app recognizes the location address created, we are unable to add them to your favorite lists if the street address is within the same locality as the location. If not, we can create and manage a list of your favorite locations again that will auto-populate when it comes time to review your trips. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Expenses then select Mileage (Take me there).
- In the Add trip dropdown ▼, choose Manage favorite locations.
- Click Add favorite location, or choose an existing location to edit.
- Enter an address in the Address field. QuickBooks may auto-suggest the location as you type.
- Enter a Name for this location.
- Press Save when finished.
