Advanced ProAdvisor Cert: I submitted a module, why am I forced to do over?

This is concerning the Advanced Certification for QBO.

Am taking the exam. I submitted a module.

A day or so later, I come to do another module.

I submit the new module, and I see now that the old module is unsubmitted, forcing me to do it over.

Why?

I was under the impression that it does not matter how far apart in time you space apart the module submissions -that I can submit one module one day, and the next few days, submit another.

Is this correct?

If so, then what is the problem that it makes me redo the module I submitted?
Is this on purpose?

Let's clear the temporary internet files on your browser, kochumai2.

There are times that issues like this occurs when the system encounter browser-related concerns. You can check this guide on how to clear internet files: Clear cache and cookies.

We can also switch to a different browser like  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as an alternative.

I've also added this article on how you can CPE certificates: Start a new CPE training course.

Let me know how these steps work on your end. I'll get back to you the soonest. Keep safe!
