After Deleting Accountant Access

Once we delete our Accountant's access, what do they have access to? Are they able to still pull up any reports, files or history of their work?

Allow me to help you understand what happens when you remove your accountant's access to QuickBooks Online

 

Allowing your accountant to access your account is similar to granting them permission to view specific files and perform necessary tasks. If you choose to revoke their access, they will no longer be able to view any files, reports, or history. This means that your account will remain secure, and you won't have to worry about any unauthorized access.

 

If you change your mind in the future, you can always add another accountant to help you with your books.
