You can sign in to your QBO account in an incognito or private browser to see if the Overdue still appears in the task window. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:
If the Overdue label doesn't show up in a private window, clearing your browser's cache might fix the issue, as it resets the program to its original settings. Browsers store cache to load pages faster, but over time, this can get outdated and lead to problems. Trying a private browser and clearing the cache did not correct the problem. I did notice however, today when I actually HAD an overdue invoice, it changed to 1 in the task window. But then when that was taken care of, it went back to saying all open invoices were overdue again.
