No offense, but I shouldn't need third-party tools to fix an issue originating with QBO.
It was an issue between QBO and Synchrony 3 months ago, and it's the same issue now. It would be great if they could just keep the connection working for longer than a month before breaking it again for 3-4 months.

Please know that resolving banking issues is a collaboration between your bank and QuickBooks. Error 503 usually means that the page or resource is unavailable. Most of time, it happens when there is a maintenance, a bug in the server's code, or a sudden spike in traffic that causes the server to become overwhelmed.
