an entity is both a vendor and a customer

I have an existing vendor,  City of Madison Wisconsin. Now I have done work for it but can not create an invoice since your system says the Name is already in Use.

How can I bill the City??

You have to change the name ever so slightly.  Our accountant has us us a * before or after the name, just so we can have both.

Hope this helps.
