Any good training videos for a new hire that helps in AP and AR data entry

Hello,

Seems that all the webinars are accounting related, and all the how to videos are a few minutes.  Does anyone know of a good overview of the system.  I have a new hire and we are short handed as is, so I want to give her more to do, but I am pulled in several directions and end up doing the other tasks from home at night.  I really need some sort of webinar or overview video that will walk someone through the QB Desktop System.  How to do things right and when it is not the way you were intending, how to fix it.
