Having to go through the 6-step procedure when printing checks is working as designed, bert@kingkompani.

You can send feedback about the process to shorten the time. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit feedback.

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

If you're getting the same results, you can perform other troubleshooting solutions provided in this article: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

Thanks for the response.  I'm using Firefox, but will transfer your instructions.  I cleared the cache and cookies for intuit.    Specifically, I was just trying to print checks faster without having to go through 2 preview screens and finally print a check. Here are my steps:

1. Click "Print check".

2. Click "Preview and Print".

3.  On the preview of the check, click "Print" again.

4. After getting a full-blown version of the check, click the small printer icon above the image.

5. After getting a new full-page image of the check and a print dialogue box to the right of it, click "Print" one more time and then magically, your check is printed....  It's like telling a 5-year old to clean his/her room.  How many times do I have to tell QBO to print the darn check.
