No one at intuit online payroll can find a payment that they took from my checking account to pay payroll taxes. Bank says Intuit initiated payment. All tax payment are current. I need to activate a fraud investigation to get my money back.

In Intuit, our top priority is the security of your account details. Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, I encourage you to reach out to our Payroll Care team again. They can create a case to initiate a fraud investigation and process a reimbursement if necessary. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us (Send a message or Get a callback).

I have tried all your suggestion many times and I am getting no where. No one seems to want to start an investigation. I just keep getting past around from one person / dept. to another person / dept. I have talked to my bank they referred me to Bank of America where QB initiated payment. All anybody can tell me is that it was taken out of my checking account. No ones seems to know where it was sent. All my payroll taxes are current. It was ether sent to IRS or State of Oregon Dewitt of Revenue.   Withdrawal was $1254.21
