Anyone having trouble with the desktop app?

I'm finding the latest desktop app (3.4.0) hangs after loading the splash screen (i.e. never opens QBO). Prior version worked fine and if I reinstall the old one it still works ok.

Anyone having trouble with the desktop app?

Actually, the just released 3.5.0 version fixed the problem. And introduced a new bug of duplicate shortcut columns. Support is not helpful due to limited hours and their ethos of assuming everything is a user error and thus they act as gatekeepers. Would be nice if there was an actual ticket system to report sw bugs.
