You'll get this message when the phone number used as verification is updated in your company. To check who made the changes, you can run the Audit log report by following these steps:
Please see this sample screenshot as a visual guide:
Check the user who updated the information. You can also read these articles for reference:

I also have been receiving a set of 3 emails up to a couple of times a day since Thu, Oct 22 with the same message--"Your phone number was updated in Intuit" . So far, I received 1 set today. I followed the steps shown below to view the Audit Log and there aren't any transactions with an Event description of Settings Changed. It seems to occur upon login into QBO, but it does not happen with every login.
Let me know whether this is expected behavior and if you'd like more information.
Hi there, TSQRD.
As mentioned above, you'll usually get the message/email about your phone number was updated when the phone number used as verification is updated in your company. To verify this, I'd suggest logging into your Mint account and check to make sure that there are no changes made in your personal details.
If you confirmed that there were no changes made, I'd recommend contacting the Mint Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate why you keep getting identical emails.
If you have additional questions, don't hesitate and reach back out to the Community. I'm always here to help. Wishing you and your company continued success!
