You'll get this message when the phone number used as verification is updated in your company. To check who made the changes, you can run the Audit log report by following these steps:

Hi,
I also have been receiving a set of 3 emails up to a couple of times a day since Thu, Oct 22 with the same message--"Your phone number was updated in Intuit" . So far, I received 1 set today. I followed the steps shown below to view the Audit Log and there aren't any transactions with an Event description of Settings Changed. It seems to occur upon login into QBO, but it does not happen with every login.
Let me know whether this is expected behavior and if you'd like more information.
Thank you.
The same thing happened to me yesterday, but I'm not a QuickBooks user, just a Mint/TurboTax user. 3 emails like this, all in a row. I think there is probably a bug in the Intuit system.
Same here. Just a Mint user, and received the three identical emails after logging into my Mint account online. Something is not working right at Intuit.
Hi there, TSQRD.
As mentioned above, you'll usually get the message/email about your phone number was updated when the phone number used as verification is updated in your company. To verify this, I'd suggest logging into your Mint account and check to make sure that there are no changes made in your personal details.
If you confirmed that there were no changes made, I'd recommend contacting the Mint Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate why you keep getting identical emails.
