Anyone tried to "message an agent"? Says agent will be with you in 5 minutes and then nothing happens - waited 30 min w no response. How can I get any help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quickbooks Community, usersusan1. Due to these changing environments, a lot of adjustments have been made. It may take a bit more than 5 minutes to connect with us. If you would like, you can use our Callback feature. This is where you can request a callback, and one of our agents will reach out to assist you. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button
  3. Enter a brief description of the problem.
  4. Select "Let's Talk"
  5. Pick the "Get a call" option to connect with us.

@usersusan1 , I have NEVER had any luck with the Chat.  In fact, I'm still waiting for a response from the 3 chats from Feb and April.  (Hahaha)   

No one EVER responds to the chat, and there are MANY more with the same issue.  Intuit customer support wasn't great to begin with. It has only gotten worse.  

 

The only decent option, is to post your question here, in the community and hope someone can answer it. Of course, that only works if no one needs access to your account.
