App gets hung up loading companies

Each time I sign into the Quickbooks app and select a company to load the app gets stuck on "Loading company....". Looking for suggestions on how to get past this bug.

App gets hung up loading companies

This freezing issue usually stems from a device's corrupted cache or an outdated app version. To fix this, let's clear or refresh the app's data to rule out any cache glitches.

 

If you are using an Android device, go to device Settings Apps (varies by device) > choose the QuickBooks Online app > Storage & Cache > tap Clear data.       

 

If you are using an iOS device, go to Settings > select the QuickBooks Online app > turn the Background App Refresh switch off and then back on.    

 

Once you have finished the steps, restart the device to complete the process. Please also ensure you have a stable network connection. Then, check for any pending app updates and install them. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to give it a fresh start.    

 

While troubleshooting your app, you can access your account via a web browser to continue your workflow.
