App is not tracking expenses

Let's initiate some troubleshooting procedures to isolate your tracking problems in the app, mvalinote.

Beforehand, can you please verify the specific expense tracking you're referring to? This way, we can provide a more precise resolution. While waiting for your response, I'll outline some browser troubleshooting procedures that can help fix common app issues.

Android devices:

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Applications or Application Manager.
  3. Select the QuickBooks Solopreneur app from the list.
  4. Tap on Storage, then Clear Data.

iOS devices:

  1. Navigate to your device's Settings.
  2. Go to General, then iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose the QuickBooks Solopreneur app from the list.
  4. Tap the Offload app option.

Once you get the same result, I recommend updating the app through your device's App Store or Google Play Store. You can also consider uninstalling and reinstalling it once the problem continues.

I'm also adding these resources you can review to learn how you can manage your office deductions and how you can handle Schedule C and expense categories in the QuickBooks Solopreneur web version:

Kindly click the Reply button once you're ready to provide more details about your expense tracking query. We're one response away.
