Are you able to delete a whole months transactions easily if there are hundreds of entries?

It's nice to have you here, joslina73.

I can provide insights about deleting a whole month of transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Before that, may I know what transactions are you trying to delete?  I'd appreciate any details you can provide as this will help me narrow things down.

If you want to batch delete a whole month of transactions from your bank feeds, you can use the batch delete option. Just a reminder, deleting a transaction is irreversible. Though I'm still here to

guide you through on how to do it:

  1. Click the Banking menu.
  2. Select the correct account.
  3. Go to the For Review tab then mark the items you're deleting.
  4. Click the Batch actions button.
  5. Choose Exclude Selected.
  6. Once done, go to the Excluded tab.
  7. Mark the transactions again then click the Batch actions button.
  8. Click Delete.

However, if you're trying to delete transactions from your chart of accounts, you'll need to delete them one at a time. I'll show you how below:

  1. Find the transactions you want to delete, and open them one at a time.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click More.
  3. Choose Delete.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
