The QuickBooks Community will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour beginning at 10:00 PM PDT on Wednesday, August 14th for database maintenance. All community forums will be unavailable during maintenance but feel free to browse our Support articles for help in the interim.
This happened before where suddenly the ability to attach files in customer information could not be completed. It took about a week someone to realize it was a programing issues and fix it.
