Attachments aren't loading or saving in QB SE

Hello there, @angie40.

 

We currently have an investigation (INV-48968) about receipts not attaching on the transactions. Our product engineer team is working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

 

Meanwhile, I have two workarounds you can follow. First, you may scan the receipt using the mobile app. Here's how:

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app, select the Transactions tab.
  2. Tap the Plus icon, then choose Snap receipt.
  3. Select the photo you want to attach.
  4. Open and review the scanned receipt in the Needs Action section.
  5. Tap Save.

Also, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support and give the investigation number INV-48968. This way, you'll be added to the affected users' list, and receive an update about the issue.
