Autotracking feature not working.

Hello there, waltojr. 

 

Did you encounter any errors when using the auto-tracking mileage feature? Sharing additional details will help us determine its cause and provide accurate steps to fix this.

 

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting and ensure the functionality is on. Please refer to the steps below based on your mobile device: 

 

For Android

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon.
  2. Click Mileage, then choose Auto-track your miles.
  3. Then, allow QuickBooks to track your location.

 

For iOS

  1. Click the Menu ☰ icon, then choose All.
  2. Select Mileage, then click Auto-track your miles.
  3. Follow Allow location access onscreen instructions.

 

After that, configure your device's location settings by following Step 2 outlined in this article: 

 

 

You may also want to consider recording the miles manually in the system for the time being.
