Currently, the feature to back up data files in QuickBooks Online is unavailable for non-advanced users. However, we can export your data and download it using a third-party app.

1. Go to Gear Icon settings.
2. Select Export data under Tools.
3. Set the date range on the Reports tab.
4. Turn on the button to add the items from the Reports and Lists.
5. Click Export to Excel.
