Due to recent updates on my INTEGO VIRUS PROTECTION software it prevented me from backing up my files in Quickbooks for Mac 2019 version. Just turning the protection off WILL NOT fix the problem. The program and all its files must be uninstalled. It is an easy fix for a big problem. Hopefully Intego will repair the issue in the future.

Ken

Hi Jamaica,
Thanks for reaching out. I did the verify steps with an Intuit representative and there were no errors. My total issue is related to recent updates made by Intego Virus Protection software that prevented the backups. I am working with them to come up with a resolution. If anyone is experiencing the same problem from Intego I would recommend calling them so they can email you a simple uninstall link for your program.
Best,
Ken
