Balancing credit card statement when ending balance doesn't match due to discounted invoices.

My credit card statement ending balance doesn't match due to discounted invoices for early payment. How do I account for these early payment invoices on the statement?

I actually did not correctly explain what happened. I paid the credit card charges and some of the invoices were discounted because I paid them early. On my statement it does not show the discounted invoice, only the full price. In the past I have just adjusted the difference off after balancing the statement but I don't think this is the correct thing to do.
