Bank Constantly Disconnecting

For the past month and a half, our M&T, PNC and now BOA accounts disconnect constantly. The accounts will disconnect, we connect them, and then an hour or the next day it disconnects again. I can't even hit the update button without it disconnecting. Transactions are not being pulled in and we are unable to complete our reconciliations. We have cleared the cache, tried incognito mode, disconnected and reconnected, contacted the bank (everything good on their end), and it still does not want to stay connected. We have to call and bug our clients to connect it, or have them give us the information. Here are two examples of of the errors.

1. M&T - Security Info Needed - Mind if we verify you? We do this from time to time to protect your info (185). - We have reconnected if not more than 15 times!!!!! 

2. PNC - Your PNC Bank - Business Banking Account Stopped Syncing to QuickBooks. - Our client even gave us the master instead of the view access to stop bothering her. Even if we connect, security questions are an issue. If we do answer them with our client, it connects and then disconnects again as soon as you hit update!!!!!
