Bank feeds for Amex credit card and Natwest Credit cards no longer work. How do I fix this?

Hello there, @jillian5.

Let’s update the sign-in credentials of your credit card accounts (Amex and Natwest Credit cards). It can help reestablish the connection.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to choose Banking.
  2. It will open the Bank and Credit Cards page.
  3. From there, select your bank and then hit the Pencil icon to display the Edit sign-in info menu.
  4. Then, click on it to open the Sign in to account window.
  5. Input the login details in the Banking Userid and Banking Password fields.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Once done, connect your credit card again.

This way, you'll get the transactions under the For Review tab and able to match, add, and categorize them in QuickBooks Online.

Reach out to me if you have any other concerns. I’ll be right here to answer them for you. Have a good one!

Bank feeds for Amex credit card and Natwest Credit cards no longer work. How do I fix this?

Hi,

The Natwest Credit card (I am in the UK) is now not showing when I open my banking. When I try and look for this, I can only see Natwest, not the credit card. I do not know how to link this up. What do I choose?

Also, have you linked Amex up to Quickbooks again (it used to link, but now it says - Data feed is not ready for open banking.

Any help please!!

thanks

Jillian
