Best third party software to convert bank statements in .pdf file to .csv file

I would like to convert several years of bank statements that I have in .pdf format into .csv or .xls format to first analyze and organize the data then to convert the .csv file to a .qbo file using MoneyThumb.

 

What is the best software to do this with.
