I can see how the feature to have the class option on the billing workflow would be helpful for you. Currently, this isn't available in QBO. In the meantime, you can send your suggestions and feedback on this option to our product developer. Here's how you can provide feedback:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Share your feedback.
- Click Next to submit.
