I had someone from support call me, log in remotely, only to tell me this is a known issue.
I'm going to "send feedback" of the URL of this issue every single day.
Ridiculous that I have to spend time on any of this.
following up re: ETA for restoring this vital functionality that we all have been paying for and built our processes around.

There isn't an ETA of when this functionality would be restored at this time.
However, I do recommend submitting feedback, if you haven't already, to our Product Developers so they review your request and get this feature back as soon as possible.
If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to come back. I'm only a post away if you need me again!
Well, nothing like REMOVING FEATURES .... please update the software so that attachments are automatically added to invoices if they are attached to a billable item ... this is nothing extraordinary ...it is expected by customers of ours, and yours.
please don't list this as a "solved" issue, once the attachments are automatically added , like previously, then you can state resolved.

This is a feature that many, many, MANY of us rely on and have been paying for for years. Some idiot product manager decided that it was more important to have a fancy new UI than it was to keep legacy features. It's one thing to launch a new UI and still give us access to the old way -- but you took that away, and this is NOT OK.
QBO is raising prices and removing features. Ludicrous!! I, and every other user here, DEMAND a proper response. We want to know WHEN this feature will be back in place, and it better be soon.
And for the love of god stop telling is to submit feedback. We've all done it, and we're all complaining here. Your feedback black hole is of no use to us. Features that we have had and disappeared -- those are useful to us.
Please provide an ETA when this core functionality will be restored.
