Billable Expense date not transferring over to Invoice

Why will Quickbooks Online not provide ANY updates on trouble tickets that have been going on 7 weeks now??????

VERY POOR communication for issues that are costing companies a significant amount of money performing work arounds due to YOUR issues.

Case# 15117785077 tied to Tkt# [removed]

 

Currenly we are having to MANUALLY add over 5,000 service dates when processing invoices.

 

We have sent feedback weekly and have received NO Communication back.

Welcome back to the Community! 

 

The best route to take would be to contact our Customer Support Team in order to get an update on your case/ticket. Since the Community is a public platform, I'm unable to review your account on the back end to look over the case/ticket. 

 

If you've already contact them and they were unable to give you an update, I suggest getting a new ticket or case with another specialist and letting them know what's happened.

Hello,

 

Again other week has gone by (Now on Week of providing feedback and calling into to customer service for an update only to be told that customer service has no update to the following trouble ticket numbers:

 

Case# 15117785077 tied to Tikt@ 1157590361.

 

SOMEONE needs to provide an actual update!  We have been manually entering over 5,000 dates of services weekly in order to create a bill.

  2. Click Contact Us and enter brief details about your concern.
  3. Hit Continue and choose a way to connect with our support:
