I'm here to get you pointed in the right direction for determining why you're unable to set up payroll.
Blank pages are usually caused by a piled-up cache on your browser. Let's do a few troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related concerns by following this link: QuickBooks Online doesn't load correctly or has blank pages.
I recommend also contacting our Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and help you set up your payroll into your account.
For the steps and details, you can check out this article: Set up payroll.
If I can be of further assistance, I'm just a post away. Have a great day ahead.
Hello,
I already did all that and it did not fix the problem. I spoke with someone via chat and they could not figure out what was wrong. I then was able to get someone on the phone after waiting 1 hr and they also could not solve the problem. I did figured out what was wrong as it appears its a bug in Quickbooks that the salary amount causes this issue. I have ran into other bugs as well and they do not seem to fix them. At this point I am going to be looking for another solution as there prices are high and there Customer support is 0 for 2. I think what happen is QuickBooks is now to big that is it has now loss the customer focus and support that is needed with these tools.
